Partnering for purpose
Players of the National Tennis Team and their coaches organized tennis lessons for children deprived of parental care. Fifteen children aged 8 to 12 from SOS Villages participated in these lessons.

Partnership with Embassy of Israel
The Embassy of Israel provided Ganja Boarding School with a new heating system before the start of the winter season. The Embassy also provided the children with books by various Jewish authors and donated winter coats to 68 children living in “Tamiz Dunya” children’s shelter.

Back to school campaign
LU-MUN Holding, which pays special attention to education, donated school bags, and necessary supplies to 73 children from low-income families living in Ganja, Neftchala, Barda, Aghdam, and Tartar regions to support education within the framework of Corporate Social Responsibility.

Supporting fishermen!
“Azerbaijan Fish Farm” has provided a number of small and medium-sized fish farms in our country with baby fish (fry). It should be noted that “Azerbaijan Fish Farm” successfully continues to cultivate a variety of fish species that are considered quite valuable for fish farming, including amber trout, as well as the endangered Caspian goldfish.

Childrens playground in Neftchala
To make the dreams of the children living in Neftchala’s Yenikend village come true, we launched a public fundraising campaign with the initiative of LU-MUN Holding’s employees. A considerable number of generous and kind-hearted individuals from Baku and beyond joined the initiative to build a playground for these children.

Supporting entrepreneurship
Today, with the victory of Azerbaijan in the II Karabakh War, the issues of economic recovery, development of liberated lands, and support for small farms are more crucial than ever. The coronavirus pandemic is especially difficult for residents of frontline villages. Azerbaijan Organic Company, one of the subsidiaries of LU-MUN Holding, has launched a new project in May 2020.

Supporting families affected by the War!
Several families had to flee from their homes during the II Karabakh War due to the missile attacks and destruction made to their houses – leaving everything behind – including coats and other winter essentials. Responding to the needs of families affected by the war, Azerbaijan Fish Farm delivered warm coats and winter shoes in the total value of 10K azn to make sure they are prepared for the freezing months ahead.

8 November – The Glorious Victory Day!
“Dear Shusha, you are liberated! Dear Shusha, we are back! Dear Shusha, we will revive you!” – announcement of the liberation of Shusha by the President brought tears of joy to everyone in the country. Pearl of Karabakh is back after 28 years of occupation. This special occasion was celebrated by thousands of people in the streets of Baku.
